An openly gay, yet definitely not camp, Glaswegian, Larry Dean baffled his fellow students at Southampton University when he gave up drinking to fund traipsing up and down the country to perform ten minute try out spots for various promoters. The long hours and endless miles more than paid off when he was named Scottish Comedian Of The Year at the tender age of 23 alongside Foster’s Comedy Award nomination for Best Newcomer for his debut Fringe show!
